Green Human Resource Management Practices (GHRM) are important in every aspect of environmental sustainability. This research study examines the impact of Green Human Resource Management Practices on environmental sustainability through the mediating role of green innovation in the textile sector of Pakistan. This study is quantitative in nature, and data was collected through a survey questionnaire. The data was analysed with the help of SPSS and Smart PLS. The findings indicate that GHRM practices significantly contribute to green innovations. Green innovations such as green product innovation and green process innovation significantly contribute to environmental sustainability.
